Terrence Alan "Terry" Crews (born July 30, 1968) is an American actor, comedian, voice artist and retired football player who was a defensive end and linebacker in the National Football League. Aside from starring in The 6th Day, White Chicks, The Expendables and Idiocracy, he is perhaps best known for his role as family patriarch Julius on the UPN/CW sitcom Everybody Hates Chris.
